# COMMUNITY REMINDERS

• The management company must have your current boat and jetski liability insurance on file./
• This year, please send your boat insurance information to Danae ([email protected]) at Western Mountains Management Company who will be working with Randy Iola to issue the boat tags for this summer’s boating season./
• After one reminder, owners who put their boats or jetskis in their slips without proof of insurance will be assessed a slip fee of $20 per day, $200 per month or $500 per season (whichever is lower) until proof of insurance is filed with the association.  Insurance protects both the owner and the association/
• No cardboard is permitted in Trash Huts Memorial Day to Labor Day/
• Recreational vehicles and boats and trailers are not allowed to be parked on any of the CHYC common areas except for the temporary time frame (24 hrs) used for cleaning and maintenance. Every owner will be allowed to park one unit (boat, trailer, vehicle, etc.) on the Back-6 property free of charge. Additional seasonal parking places will be at a rate $100. Additional annual parking places will be at a rate of $300 per year/
• Pets are to be on hand-held leashes at all times when outside your unit/
• Speed limit is 10 mph/
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited on Cherry Hill property at all times/
• Off-road vehicles are prohibited on CHYC property and roads, with the exception of highway licensed ATVs operated by a licensed driver/
• External condo changes require HOA approval in advance including awnings, TV dishes, decks, etc./
• Use caution especially in beachfront/dock areas - observe 200’ wake zone/
